Entry Fee: $50.00 Per Person. Cart Rental $10.00 Per Seat.
Two Mulligans Per Player Included. Pay It Forward Hole 15 is $5.
Format is Two-Person Scramble - Flights for Men/Ladies/Mixed.
Entry Forms must be filled out completely and all fees must be submitted
with this form by May 11, 2024 (Late Entry $10 per Player).
